1. Who We Are

Trader Assistant is an application by OlekSofi. For privacy inquiries, contact oleksofi@gmail.com.

2. What the App Does

The app displays available market instruments and quotes, lets users select instruments, set price levels and receive local alerts.

3. Data and Settings

The current test version stores selected instruments, alert levels, language and sound settings, and other preferences on the device. The app connects to the Market Core server component to obtain market data. The technical information that may be recorded in server logs is still being reviewed.

4. Device Permissions

To deliver alerts, the app may request permission for notifications, vibration, display over other apps and background operation. Users can manage these permissions in Android settings.

5. Backups

Depending on system settings, Android may include some local app settings in backups or transfers to another device. Certain technical settings and credentials are excluded from this mechanism.

6. Accounts, Payments and Third-Party Services

Account and subscription features are under development. This page does not yet describe all registration, payment, service-provider or retention practices; these must be confirmed before those features are offered.

For questions about data, corrections or deletion requests, contact oleksofi@gmail.com. The ability to delete local data also depends on Android and app functionality.
